At IMS we have a team of doctors ready 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you have a medical need or an emergency, don’t hesitate to call us and we’ll immediately send a doctor to the hotel, villa or tourist apartment where you’re staying.
Our Call Centre is open 24 h. Call us and a specialist will assist you in your language (German) (English). Thanks to our medical geolocation software, we can find out where you’re staying and send you a doctor as fast as possible.
IMS has doctors and provides services in Majorca, Barcelona, Madrid and Seville. We work with the main reference hospitals in each city and, if necessary, activate our medical ambulances to transport patients to the nearest medical centre or our reference hospitals.
