Yes, once you contact our free Call Center, we manage the notification directly with the Hospital, to inform you of your emergency arrival and will send you the location of the nearest medical center or hospital to your mobile.
With your travel insurance or medical assistance upon arrival at the hospital, a welfare service will attend you in your language and will manage the paperwork with your insurance, prioritizing your visit to the emergency room.
The medical team speaks English and some other language depending on the doctor who assists you.
If you need an ambulance, we manage it and notify the hospital of your arrival. This ambulance service is included in most insurance coverage for international clients, so you will not have to pay for it.
If you need hospital admission, you will be assigned a single room and will take care of the management of the companion, among other procedures.
